Airport Pickup
How it works:
1. You share your flight details with us in advance
2. Our coordinator meets you in the arrivals area with a sign
3. We help with luggage and escort you to the car
4. Comfortable drive to the clinic
Airport pickup is included in the treatment course cost.
The coordinator speaks Russian and will help with any questions — from currency exchange to buying a SIM card.

- Send us your flight details 3 days before arrival
- Save the coordinator's number in your phone in advance
- Enable roaming or buy an e-SIM for communication
Transport to the Clinic
Transfer options:
Comfortable minivan — for families with children. Spacious cabin, child seat on request, air conditioning, water.
Minibus — for groups or families with a lot of luggage. Space for stroller and medical equipment.
Travel time:
•From Tashkent Airport to the clinic: about 5 minutes
Drivers are experienced and know the route. The ride is comfortable, through the city.
Russian-Speaking Assistance
Your coordinator is with you:
•Throughout the entire journey from airport to clinic
•During check-in and clinic tour
•At the first doctor's consultation
•Available by phone at any time
Language barrier is not a problem:
The clinic has Russian-speaking staff. A translator is present during procedures. In emergencies, the coordinator is available 24/7.
You will never be left without help and understanding.

- Write down the coordinator's number in several places
- Save the clinic address on your phone — show it to a taxi driver if needed
- Download an offline translator (Google Translate) just in case

Russian is widely spoken in Tashkent — you will be understood everywhere: in shops, taxis, restaurants. Our clinic has Russian-speaking coordinators, and all important moments are translated.
