The exact causes of ASD are not established. It is believed to be a combination of genetic and environmental factors. Brain development features during the prenatal period play an important role.

Symptoms

Impaired social interaction, difficulties with communication and speech, stereotypical behavior, sensory features, restricted interests, ritualistic behavior.

Diagnostics
