Physical Therapy
Individual therapeutic exercise sessions for motor function development

How the procedure works
Therapeutic exercise (PT) is the foundation of rehabilitation for most motor disorders. At our center, each child receives an individual exercise program tailored to their diagnosis, age, and current abilities. Sessions are conducted by experienced instructors using modern equipment. We apply Bobath, Vojta, PNF, and other evidence-based approaches.
Preparation
Warm-up, assessment of the child's condition, equipment preparation. The instructor determines the session focus based on the current state.
Session
Execution of the individual exercise program: stretching, muscle strengthening, coordination and balance training, learning new skills.
Completion
Relaxation exercises, feedback to parents, recommendations for home exercises, progress documentation in the patient's chart.
