Ponseti Casting
The Ponseti method — gentle correction of clubfoot and foot deformities in children using a series of casts.

How the procedure works
The Ponseti method is the gold standard for treating congenital clubfoot, recognized by the WHO and used worldwide. The technique involves gradual correction of foot position through a series of casts changed weekly. Each new cast gently corrects the deformity, bringing the foot closer to the correct anatomical position. At our center, experienced orthopedists perform the procedure with minimal discomfort for the child. The method is effective even in severe clubfoot cases and helps avoid surgery in most instances.
